Nonimmigrant Visas
We offer a broad range of nonimmigrant visa services for individuals seeking to start businesses or invest in the United States.

E-2 visas are used by companies that have been established based on, or will be carrying out, investment in the United States to operate a commercial enterprise. Treaty investors must demonstrate possession and control of the capital assets and investment funds, and show that the funds are irrevocably committed to the U.S. enterprise.

The J visa exchange program was created to encourage educational and cultural exchange between the U.S. and foreign countries. It allows bona fide trainees, students, professors and research scholars, foreign physicians, and others to enter the U.S. in order to teach, study, observe, conduct research, consult or receive training.

Green Card Services

The "Outstanding Professors and Researchers" green card classification is often well suited for employers with an established research department who are seeking to sponsor key scientific researchers for green card status. Although the standard is quite high, this classification is worth considering for top-level researchers with PhDs and recognized accomplishments in their field.
