Malcolm Goeschl | Principal Attorney

Malcolm Goeschl is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Goeschl Law Corporation. Over the last 20 years, he has counseled a broad range of clients on all aspects of corporate immigration. These clients have included hundreds of Silicon Valley startups, as well as some of the world's largest corporations.

Malcolm has been a featured speaker at leading professional and industry events and is recognized as a vigorous advocate for forward-thinking immigration policies. Malcolm's professional articles have appeared in Interpreter Releases, Bender's Immigration Briefings, Internationally Quarterly, and International HR Journal. Malcolm previously served as a partner at Morgan Lewis Bockius LLP and as an associate at Cooley LLP.

Randi Nagahori | Senior Attorney

Randi Nagahori has over 8 years of experience in corporate immigration, first as a paralegal, and since 2012 as an attorney with Goeschl Law Corporation. Randi advises a wide range of technology companies and multinationals on all aspects of business immigration, including H-1Bs, L-1 multinational transferees, aliens of extraordinary ability, and treaty-based classifications. She also frequently assists clients on worksite compliance matters, including I-9 employment verification, labor condition application (LCA) public disclosure compliance, and E-Verify issues.

Randi earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was selected as a H.O.P.E. Summer Fellow and served on the Public Interest Leadership Board. She also received the Dean's Certificate of Achievement in the School of Law’s Immigration Clinic. Randi received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Anthropology and History from the University of California, Berkeley. She has served on the Advisory Council of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Northern California chapter since 2013 and currently holds the position of Co-Director of Development. Randi is a member of the California Bar.

Anna Marie Garcia | Senior Attorney

Anna Marie Garcia is an experienced immigration attorney who has handled highly complex cases in all areas of immigration. She has practiced immigration law for over 13 years and joined Goeschl Law Corporation in January 2017. Anna Marie represents and counsels individuals and companies of all sizes in family-based and employment-based visa matters. Her immigration practice areas include employment-based nonimmigrant visas and immigrant visas with a concentration on alien of extraordinary ability petitions for O-1 and EB-1 visas,  family-based petitions and permanent resident applications for relatives of US citizens and lawful permanent residents, fiancé visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), naturalization, waivers of inadmissibility, and removal proceedings (deportation). She has represented clients before the US Citizenship and Immigration Service, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Executive Office of Immigration Review, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  


Anna Marie earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2002, where she was honored as a Public Interest Law Scholar, and her Bachelor’s degree in Latin American and Latino Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Anna Marie is an active member of the State Bar of California and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is committed to quality representation for the immigrant community, and for over 8 years, she volunteered and led a free legal immigration clinic for low income individuals in the South of Market district in San Francisco, California.

Miki Iwai | Senior Paralegal Manager

Miki is a Senior Paralegal Manager at Goeschl Law Corporation and has over 25 years of experience in corporate immigration. Miki received an International Baccalaureate degree from St. Maur International School in Japan.  She is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College and also attended a graduate program in Philosophy at The New School for Social Research in New York City.


Miki is skilled in the preparation of a wide range of documentation for corporate visa matters, particularly multinational and foreign-based organizations:  these include L Blanket programs, E-1/E-2 registrations, and in handling filings involving corporate changes (mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs),. She is also experienced in the preparation of O-1 and EB-1A filings for Aliens of Extraordinary Ability.  Miki, who is fluent in Japanese, has worked at Goeschl Law Corporation since its establishment.​

Francis Pheil | Senior Case Manager

Francis Pheil is a Senior Case Supervisor at Goeschl Law Corporation. Francis received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Physics and Geography from the University of California, Berkeley, earning recognition on the Dean’s Honor List for more than two years. Francis has over five years of experience as a paralegal and has been working at Goeschl Law Corporation since 2011.

Emily Lin-Salvador | Senior Case Manager

Emily Lin-Salvador is a Senior Case Manager at Goeschl Law Corporation. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from the University of California, Davis. Emily has over 11 years of experience in corporate immigration and has been working at Goeschl Law Corporation since 2016.


Sam Fructuoso | Director of Operations

Sam Fructuoso is the Director of Operations at Goeschl Law Corporation and began working with the firm in 2015. Sam works closely with our corporate clients to build tailored, elegant processes that support them as rapidly scaling startups to large multinationals. Sam graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies.

Cecylia Lee | Accounting Manager

Cecylia Lee is the Business and Accounting Manager at Goeschl Law Corporation. Cecylia has extensive accounting experience, is certified and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (currently in inactive status in California), and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis. Cecylia, who is fluent in Korean, began working at Goeschl Law Corporation in 2006.
