Sayra Gutierrez

Sayra Gutierrez is a Partner at Goeschl Law Corporation, where she advises startups, growing companies, and multinational employers on immigration strategies for recruiting and retaining international talent. She works with clients across the employment-based immigration process, from initial work authorization through permanent residence.

Sayra’s practice includes employment-based nonimmigrant petitions, immigrant visa petitions, and adjustment of status applications. She develops practical immigration pathways that reflect each company’s workforce needs, stage of growth, and long-term objectives. Her clients include businesses in biotechnology, artificial intelligence, technology, and other advanced industries.

Sayra earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, where she served as an article editor for the Boston University International Law Journal and conducted field research in Guatemala through the International Human Rights Clinic. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Communication, with a minor in Italian, from the University of California, Davis. Sayra is a member of the State Bar of California. Sayra is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
