Randi Nagahori

Randi Nagahori is a Partner at Goeschl Law Corporation, where she advises startups, technology companies, and multinational employers on business immigration strategy and compliance. She helps clients establish practical immigration policies and processes that can adapt as their workforces and operations grow.

Randi’s practice encompasses H-1B petitions, L-1 intracompany transferee matters, extraordinary ability petitions, and treaty-based classifications. She also advises employers on worksite compliance, including Form I-9 requirements, Labor Condition Application public access files, and E-Verify. Her clients span artificial intelligence, biotechnology, cybersecurity, energy, financial services, financial technology, geology, healthcare, high technology, investment, pharmaceutical, robotics, software, and related industries.

Randi earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was selected as a H.O.P.E. Summer Fellow, served on the Public Interest Leadership Board, and received the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement for her work in the Immigration Clinic. She earned bachelor’s degrees in Anthropology and History from the University of California, Berkeley. Randi is a member of the State Bar of California and previously served on the Advisory Council of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s Northern California Chapter.
