Malcolm Goeschl is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Goeschl Law Corporation. Over the last 20 years, he has counseled a broad range of clients on all aspects of corporate immigration. These clients have included hundreds of Silicon Valley startups, as well as some of the world's largest corporations. 

Malcolm works closely with clients’ legal, human resources, and business leaders to develop immigration strategies aligned with their hiring plans, organizational growth, and expansion into new markets. His practice encompasses the full range of corporate immigration matters, including complex legal, policy, and compliance issues that arise as companies scale.
